Home Care Services provides in-home services to the elderly and disabled populations of Delaware County, in order for the clients to remain safely in their homes for as long as possible. These in-home services include light housework, dishes, laundry, grocery shopping, etc.

To qualify, an individual must be a Delaware County resident who is age 60 or older OR an adult with a disability, requires assistance with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) only, and is either Medicaid-eligible or has been denied Medicaid-paid in-home care and/or does not meet Medicaid Activities of Daily Living (ADL) eligibility criteria.
