HUD Bonus is available to anyone fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or other dangerous or life-threatening conditions. This program provides rental assistance such as a security deposit, first month’s rent, and rental payments for up to 12 months. 

Eligibility Criteria:
Fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or other dangerous or life-threatening conditions. There are no income requirements for this program until recertification at one year. This can be from a victim service provider or a self-referral directly to us.
