Program Description
HUD Bonus is available to anyone fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or other dangerous situations. This program provides rental assistance such as a security deposit, first month’s rent, and rental payments for up to 12 months.
Eligibility
Fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or other dangerous situations. There are no income requirements for this program until recertification at one year. This can be from a victim service provider or a self-referral directly to us.
