Delaware Opportunities Rental Assistance Waiting List Reopening

Delaware Opportunities, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program waiting list will reopen on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Applications will be accepted beginning September 24, 2026 for individuals and families interested in receiving rental assistance through the HCV Program.

The Housing Choice Voucher Program assists eligible low-income households with rental housing costs. Applicants must meet all applicable program eligibility requirements.

Important Information
•    The waiting list will reopen on September 24, 2026.
•    Applications must be submitted according to Delaware Opportunities' application procedures.
•    Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee that an applicant will receive a Housing Choice Voucher.
•    Applicants must meet all program eligibility requirements when selected from the waiting list.
•    Please ensure that all contact information provided on your application remains current.
