Delaware Opportunities Inc. Youth Engagement Program will provide individualized services to at-risk youth within our community. The Youth Engagement Specialist will serve as a support to high-need youth identified by the Department of Social Services. Visits with youth will focus on goal planning and promoting basic life skills, communication skills and/or conflict resolution. Emphasis will be placed on individual needs such as intensive homework redirection, recreational activities, exposure to social interactions, or modeling positive behavior.
