The Community Services Navigator plays a vital role in connecting individuals and families to essential resources and services within the community. This position requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills who can effectively engage with diverse populations. The Community Services Navigator will work closely with local organizations and community members to identify needs and facilitate access to programs that promote well-being and empowerment.

High School Diploma or Associated Degree (preferred) and 3 years’ experience working in community or human services or a related field.

35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, some weekends and evenings possible.

Salary range $22.05-26.30 per hour.
