Associate’s degree in construction or related field and four years’ construction management experience and/or six years’ progressive responsibility in construction related field. NYS driver’s license, personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement. To prepare written specifications/work write-ups and accurate estimates for various Housing Rehabilitation programs. Responsible for overseeing contract work to assure that all work meets material and work specifications and is completed in a timely fashion consistent with requirements of the program. Responsible for assisting property owner in all phases of the program, from the initial application to the final inspection. Computer experience necessary to complete programmatic and reporting requirements. 35 hours per week. $27.07 per hour.
