Currently seeking a Sidney Senior Dining Center Aide

Job Duties

Assist the Center Manager in the overall operation of the dining center, including but not limited to:

• Prepare food as directed by the Center Manager;
• assist in serving of congregate and home delivered meals;
• deliver home delivered meals, and transport participants as needed, to and from the dining center;
• Transport participants to and from local grocery stores for shopping assistance as required;
• Ensure dining center is kept in sanitary and orderly condition. This includes janitorial work as directed by the Center Manager;
• Assist in inventory control

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or two years’ experience in quantity food service
• NYS driver’s license required
• 20 hours per week
• Monday -Friday
• 9am-1pm
• $16.94 Per hour DOE
• Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, PTO
• $250 sign-on bonus after one month of employment
