Bachelor’s degree in appropriate area with related course work in business administration, human resource management, human services, or related field and two year’s management experience; and/or six years progressive responsibility in human services, administration or related areas.  One year supervisory experience.   Responsible for oversight of all Human Resource functions of the agency and serves as chief advisor in areas of salary administration, policy development, and implementation ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission. The ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees, prioritize tasks, ability to learn quickly and maintain a fast pace, and excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail all are a must.  The Human Resource Director is an integral part of the Senior Management Team and reports directly to the Executive Director.  NYS driver’s license required.
