The Senior Dining Driver’s responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Pick-up and drop off participants at their homes
• Assist participants in getting in and out of the van
• Provide shopping assistance and other transportation to participants as directed
• Deliver home delivered meals to participants as assigned
• Ensure dining center is kept in sanitary and orderly condition. This includes janitorial work as directed by the Center Manager.
• Maintain records as required, mileage sheets, etc.
• Ensure that center vehicle is kept in orderly condition at all times
• Inform Center Manager of necessary vehicle inspections and maintenance in a timely manner

• Perform various other similar or associated duties as required or directed

  Valid NYS driver’s license, clean driving record. Ability to relate well to senior citizens and to help shut ins stay independent. 

  15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. $15.60-$18.57 per hour DOE. 

  Sign on bonus of $250.00 after a month of employment.
