The Agency Advocate provides assistance to Delaware County families and individuals faced with emergencies. The advocate can advise you of your rights and assist you in obtaining services.

Assists clients in getting services they need and qualify for. Connects clients with other local agencies such as Salvation Army, Legal Aid or Catholic Charities. Makes referrals to other programs at DO. Has emergency funding to use for clients needs such as utility shut-offs. Can advise you of your rights.
