To assist individuals or families who are experiencing homelessness or who are facing homelessness, with a short term/temporary rental subsidy, back rent, and security deposits. To link and connect individuals or families to services to obtain housing and housing supports. 

Eligibility Guidelines:

RSP will prioritize assistance for those up to of 30% of AMI, but can assist those up to 50% AMI to assist individuals or families with financial support in regards to their security deposit, rent, and short-term rental subsidy at a rate of 85% of the FMR. Monthly follow up and case management is done to promote housing stability.
