Program Description
We help people in active addiction, recovery, and newly home from jails, prisons and rehabs. We can
arrange bed to bed transfers from jail to rehab, supply small food packages, hygiene items, harm reduction kits etc. We also provide coaching services as well as numerous referrals to needed services.

Past or present substance use disorder.
