The work crew provides assistance to municipalities, churches, and not-for-profit organizations. Crew members are supervised and learn skills and job experience, but are also assisted with applying for employment in the private sector. Job coaches are available to assist with the job search and to provide ongoing support to assist the program participant retain a job.
