Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, or related field; and/or 4 years experience in counseling, community organizing or working with low income families and willingness to achieve Family Development Credential.  To assist low income families in improving the quality of their lives through family development case management.  Identify structural problems/barriers to clients achieving goals and develop strategies for institutional/structural change. 35 hours per week.
